Deputy Electrical Foreman / Electrotechnical Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth operation and proper maintenance of all building technical equipment in the data center (including medium-voltage and emergency power systems, UPS systems, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems)
• Recording and monitoring all incidents and, if necessary, escalation and initiation of appropriate measures
• Responsibility for compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Responsibility for compliance with all legal occupational safety requirements as well as hygiene and health regulations
• Commissioning, coordination, and supervision of external service providers
• Calculation and preparation of offers
• Creation and maintenance of procedures, operational and work instructions, as well as risk assessments for electrical systems
• Planning and designing electronic building installations, including preparation of specifications according to HOAI
• Project/construction supervision and corresponding acceptance
• Contract management of maintenance and service contracts

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification (e.g., electrotechnical degree or further training as an electrical technician)
• Experience in planning and installation of electronic building systems (data center technology environment)
• Knowledge of electrotechnical regulations and standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV and BG regulations, HOAI)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Good German and English skills
• Team and communication skills as well as a structured and result-oriented working style
