Hosted by Freie Universität Berlin, the Cluster partners with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Hertie School, the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, the Centre for East European and International Studies (ZOiS), and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW Kiel).
